Warranty Policy

At Byclex, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our ramps are built by riders, for riders, using high-quality materials designed to withstand the demands of gravity sports.

1. Statutory Guarantee (EU Customers Only)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, all products sold to customers within the EU are covered by a two-year legal guarantee. This covers any lack of conformity or manufacturing defects that existed at the time of delivery.

2. Byclex 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty (Global)

In addition to your statutory rights, Byclex provides a one-year limited warranty on all products from the date of purchase.

  • What is covered:

    • Defects in materials used in the manufacturing of your product.

    • Defects in workmanship under normal and intended use.

    • Broken structural components occurring during normal use.

  • What is NOT covered (Warranty is void if):

    • Damage resulting from negligence, improper assembly, or lack of maintenance.

    • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product.

    • Damage caused by natural disasters or extreme weather exposure (e.g., leaving plywood products in rain or snow for extended periods).

    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tire marks, scratches in the wood finish, or surface splinters from heavy use).

3. Remedies

If a valid claim is made during the warranty period, Byclex will, at its discretion:

  1. Repair the product using new or refurbished replacement parts.

  2. Replace the product with a new unit.

  3. Provide a pro-rated refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

4. Intended Use & Safety Disclaimer

  • Approved Vehicles: Most Byclex products are designed only for use with bicycles (MTB/BMX). Specific models, such as our Moto Ramp, are rated and approved for use with E-motorcycles. Using a standard bicycle ramp with a motorcycle or E-motorcycle is strictly prohibited, voids the warranty, and poses a severe safety risk.

  • Weight Limits: Users must strictly adhere to the maximum weight capacity specified for each specific product. Exceeding these limits voids all warranties.

  • User Responsibility: MB Rideris (Byclex) is not responsible for any injuries caused by a lack of experience, improper riding technique, or use of the product with unapproved vehicle types.

  • Safety Gear: A certified helmet and appropriate safety gear (including moto-rated gear for motorcycle products) must be worn at all times.

  • Ground Surface: Ramps must be placed on flat, stable, and non-slippery ground before use.

5. How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@byclex.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
