Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

USA, Canada & International: 5 to 8 business days.

Carriers: We choose the most reliable carrier for your specific region. If you have a specific preference, please mention it in the order comments, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping Rates: Final shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Important: Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packing your ramps. However, accidents can happen during transit.

Inspection: Please inspect the package immediately upon arrival.

Refusal: If the parcel is visibly damaged, do not accept it. Refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

Reporting: If you discover damage after opening the parcel, you must notify us at info@byclex.com within 2 business days. Please include photos of the packaging and the product.
International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside of the European Union (e.g., USA, Canada, UK, Australia):

Import Duties: Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Delays: Byclex is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country.
Returns Shipping
As noted in our Refund Policy, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
