1. Ownership and Agreement

This website is owned and operated by MB "Rideris" (referred to as "Byclex", "We", "Us"). These Terms set forth the conditions under which you may use our website and purchase our bicycle ramps and accessories. By accessing or using our services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Commercial Terms

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you complete the check-out payment process. Prices for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

4. Second Chance (B-Ware) Items

Items sold under the "Second Chance" or "B-Ware" category are sold at a discount due to minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., scratches, tire marks from photoshoots, or factory finish errors). By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that they are sold "as-is" regarding aesthetics, though they remain technically sound and safe for use.

5. Safety Warning & Assumption of Risk 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Our products are designed for use with bicycles, BMX, and MTBs, as well as specific E-motorcycles where explicitly stated in the product description. Biking, motorcycling, and jumping are inherently dangerous activities.

  • Assumption of Risk: By purchasing and using Byclex products, the user expressly and voluntarily assumes all risks of personal injury, property damage, or death.

  • Proper Use: You agree to use the products only on flat, stable ground and to always wear professional safety gear, including but not limited to a certified helmet and appropriate pads. For E-motorcycle products, specialized moto-rated safety gear is required.

  • Equipment Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle (bicycle or motorcycle) is compatible with the specific ramp's weight limits and intended use. Misuse of products (e.g., using a bicycle ramp for a motorcycle) is strictly prohibited.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MB Rideris shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all materials therein (images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, and videos) are the exclusive property of MB Rideris. You agree not to sell, license, modify, or reproduce any content from Byclex without our express written permission.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MB Rideris harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, your use of the website or products.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes related to our services shall be governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any claims shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Vilnius, Lithuania. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

9. Right to Modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
