Refund and Return policy

At Byclex, we want you to be stoked with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned to us unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition they were received. All goods will be inspected upon return. If an item is returned in an unsuitable or used condition, we may be unable to issue a refund and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
The 14-Day Window: For EU customers, this 14-day period constitutes your statutory right of withdrawal. The window begins the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the physical goods.
Exclusions: We do not issue refunds for products purchased through third-party entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Please contact them directly for their return policies.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the funds to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs: We refund the cost of standard outbound shipping for EU orders. Any additional costs for premium shipping methods selected at checkout are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or valid proof of delivery.
Restocking Fees: Items not returned in their original condition or packaging may be subject to a restocking fee to cover the diminished value of the product.
